Apostle Carmen Barnes is an Apostolic Vessel that shakes Heaven. Also known as the "Fire Starter & Faith Igniter." She’s a Wife, Mother, Preacher, Teacher, Intercessor and Empowerment Coach to name a few. Apostle Barnes accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and savior at the age of 12 in Chester, Pennsylvania where she was raised. At the age of 16 Carmen began ministering The Word of God while taking on the role of Huddle leader for FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. During a worship service in Philadelphia, PA, the prophetic mantle on her life was unveiled. By the age of 20, Apostle Barnes was flowing fully in the prophetic and in healing. God has given Apostle Barnes divine Influence by the leading of The Holy Spirit to Restore, Equip, Send and THRUST individuals into their destiny. God has used Apostle Carmen under the unction of the Holy Spirit to pray for individuals with stage 4 cancer, diabetes, leukemia, high blood pressure, and strokes and The Lord restored unto them health immediately with instant documented praise reports. Carmen is a Naturopathic Doctor by trade and spent 11 years with the United States Navy.

Apostle Carmen is well-rounded with education and experience in Psychology as well as Biblical Studies. Carmen has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master of Science Degree in Psychology and Organizational Sciences as well as her Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine. Apostle Carmen Barnes is also an author and entrepreneur. Carmen travels throughout The United States, Africa, and Europe preaching, singing, and prophesying The Word of God and as a result Salvation, Healing, Deliverance, and Total Freedom takes place. Carmen is actively involved in ministry missions in Ghana, Nigeria, Haiti, UK, South Africa, and Kenya to name a few.





Apostle Barnes is the Senior Leader of Kingdom Ignited Ministries International in North Little Rock, Arkansas where she serves alongside her husband Charles E. Barnes Jr. and their 3 children. Kingdom Ignited Ministries Int’l formerly known as Destiny Impact Ministries was established in November 2013 in Miami, Florida.

After years of building and serving, Apostle Barnes relocated to Pine Bluff, Arkansas where she met her husband Charles E. Barnes Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Barnes along with their 3 children desire to see the city of Pine Bluff reach its full potential and they believe God has sent them as a pillar to the community. KIMI is an Apostolic and Prophetic house where God has given Apostle Barnes divine Influence by the leading of The Holy Spirit to give individuals the tools necessary to fulfill destiny. Kingdom Ignited is a diverse family-oriented ministry heavily involved in outreach and equipping.

KIMI is a body of believers which is committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and meeting the spiritual and physical needs of God’s people. It is our vision to see lives changed forever. Our heart is to help you discover the gift God has planted within you and equip and train you to take your place in the Body of Christ. We are making disciples and equipping believers.

With the leading of The Holy Spirit, we will build strong relationships, strong families and live by faith. We at KIMI desire to cultivate an environment of authentic worship, prayer, and transformation. We empower individuals through discipleship, outreach, and leadership training to bring the light of Christ to a lost and hurting world. We are building a network of ministries, uniting believers in advancing the Kingdom of God by serving as a beacon of hope, healing, and restoration through the love and power of Jesus Christ.
